Crushbone(its near Kaladim)

Race/Class Task's)
Any You must visit Canloe Nusback in the warriors guild. Bring him any belts or shoulder pads that you find off any of the Crushbone orcs.
Any This quest takes place inside of Crushbone. One the slavers you will occasionally find shackle keys. If you give these keys to one of the slaves they will be set free. Setting a slave free will raise your faction with that slaves race and it will also grant a bit of experience.
All

This entire quest takes place inside of Crushbone. First thing that you need to do is go see the dwarven smith. He is located in the small building that is near the mine area. To get here from the entrance you must take a left and go across the bridge. Once you cross the bridge just basically follow the path. After you go down the hill you will see a building. Inside this building is a jailor who you will have to kill. Then you will see two dwarven smiths and an elven priest. Talk to the middle dwarven smith(actually you can probably talk to either smith but I always spoke to the one in the middle, so for safety purposes speak to him). Tell him that you are here to set him free and he will begin rambling about how he wants his freedom but the taskmaster scares them, yada yada yada. Then ask him about the king or emperor and he will speak of the high quality ring mail that is worn by this beast.

There are several parts of this quest but you really only need to concentrate on the final two(bracer of battle and dwarven ringmail). Each piece that you find can either be kept or turned in for the item that it returns depending on your class, race, and needs.

The first mob that you might want to worry about is the Taskmaster. He hangs out to the right of the castle near the slaves. He seldom spawns but when he does he has a chance of carrying some magic +2 AC earrings. You can either wear these earrings(for the armor class, although I feel that the onyx earrings are a better choice) or you can return them to the dwarven smith. If you return them to him he will give you a blade mold which can be used for blacksmithy.

The second mob in this quest is the Instructor/Trainer. This is a large orc who can be found training other orcs on top of the large hill in the middle of the zone. He very rarely carries a shiny brass shield. You can elect to keep this weapon(a wise choice or a poor choice depending on your class) or you can turn it in to the dwarven smith in exchange for a sludge mold.

The third item that you will need is the one that will be the most dangerous. You now need to kill the Emporer/King and hope that he is sporting the dwarven ringmail tunic. If you are a small race you might think about keeping this item to wear on your person until you get a second one. However you can turn this item in to the dwarven smith as with the items above. This time he will give you a dwarven mace which has a damage of 8 and an attack delay of 35. Not a bad weapon, however it's just a stepping stone. The smith will also send you to go speaking to the elven priest standing in the next stall. The priest can enchant this mace for you(and turn it into the screaming mace) but first you need to do something for her. She wants you to kill the Warlord and bring proof of his death.

The fourth item that you need is the hardest one to get. You need to find the Warlord. He can be seen patrolling the area from time to time. He is a level 14 or so mob, but that isn't the problem. The problem is if you attack him he is going to run and bring help. So you must be careful to root him in place and then try to take care of him before root runs out. If you are lucky he will be carrying a bracer of battle. This is a fine piece of armor for this level, however it can also be turned in. This time you will turn the bracer into the elven priest rather than the dwarven smith. The priest will give you a prayer cloth in return for the bracer.

Many players get to this step and think, what? What did I do wrong. Well it is important to NOT give the priest the mace at the same time as the bracer of battle. You need to give her the bracer alone first. Then after she hands you the prayer cloth you can give her the mace. When she asks, "do you have something else for me?" then you can hand over the prayer cloth and voila you get one shiny screaming mace.

Erudin

Class Task(s)
All This quest is available from the same cleric that gives the Peacekeeper Staffs quest. If you chose Battle the Undead, instead of the Peacekeeper quest, she'll give you a box with six slots. The object behind the quest is to prove you've battled undead by going out, killing decaying skeletons and regular skeletons at level 5+) and returning with the bones.

This isn't really a spoiler, its just the mechanical directions to complete the quest:

Place 1 bone shard in each slot. Hit the box's combine button, turning the box and shards into 'A box of bones' and give this box back to the cleric. In return you'll get a minor item, some copper and a faction bonus. This quest is repeatable, she asks you to try and track down who is creating the skeletons, but I haven't solved that part yet.
?? This quest takes place in the Tox Forest. Talk to the female guild master (forget her name) in the necro hut.  She wants you to kill Darla Starfire, a level 5ish npc who is supplying the hated Kerrans.  Your reward for turning in her head is a torch.  Another lucrative quest. For Erudites (clerics, paladins, and those who follow prexus or quellious).
??

This quest takes place in Erudin and the Tox Forest. The first cleric guild master on the right wants you to kill two kobold shamans (level 5ish mob) and return their paws.  The reward is a couple of sp/faction/small xp.

?? The peacekeeper staff is a staff useable only by erudite clerics and paladins. The staff does 5 damage and has a delay of 28. The only real advantage of this staff is that it grants +10 charisma when held.

This quest begins at the clerics guild in erudin. If you accept the quest you will be sent to the Tox Forest to search for an NPC. The NPC is in the first hut to the right after you leave the city gates. He will give you a staff and directions on how to continue the quest. Basically you will be required to kill a treant and bring back the treant shards to the NPC. When you do so he will grind them into treant resin and hand them back to you.

You know must get the other required item to combine in with the treant resin to create the staff. Go to the vault in erudin(the bank) and talk to the banker on the far left. Tell him you are in need of some vasty deep water. He will tell you that you need a guild coin in order for him to give it to you. Now return to the clerics guild and tell them that this NPC sent you to get a guild coin. You will be given the coin. When you give it to the banker you will receive the vasty deep water in return. Combine the water and the resin in the staff and the end result will be a peacekeeper staff.
?? This quest takes place in the Tox Forest at the necromancers hut. Talk to Marzius Denison (I think that's his name) on the right side of the hut.  He will tell you to go kill Rungupp, a fippy-type NPC who runs around yelling that he will kill all erudites.  He's a level 6ish troll shaman.  Your reward for turning his head into the guildmaster is a rusty dagger.  Joy.
?? This quest takes place in Erudin and the Tox Forest. The paladin who stands outside the cleric's guild wants you to kill Poachers (lvl 4 NPCs who have names like Poacher Dell or Poacher Smith) and return their heads to him for 2sp/faction/xp.

Felwithe

Class Task(s)
?? In the clerics guild hail the guildmaster (Yeolarn Bronzeleaf) and he will ask you if you can serve the clerics of Tunare. Once you have answered him correctly he will ask you to prove it and bring him 4 sets of bone chips.

Reward - xp/faction/spell scroll Strike (Cleric lvl 1)
??

This quest you get from the High Elf Paladin guild master in Felwithe. It is the first quest he gives to young Paladins. He asks you to go speak to a fallen paladin by the name of Tandan Nybright. He can be found in the Kelethin by the jewelry shop named a Drunk. To get him to talk to you hand him a bottle of Elven wine and then ask about his [Shocking Experience]. He will then ask you to kill off the Nybright bandits(10-13thlvl) in Lesser Faydark and return the necklaces they wear. You need one of each necklace and if you get a double it will disappear from your pack. Once you return the necklaces to the Drunk he gives you his old shield and a faction adjustment. The shield is a plain old buckler worth about 2gp.

The heart quest is given by Lord Jyleel the high elf paladin guild master. He gives this quest after you have completed the Orc Runner Quest. Rewarded: 5gp and a faction adjustment.

Downstairs at the paladin's guild in Felwithe you will find a guild master by the name of Lord Jyleel. He has two different quests that he will reward you for. One of the items he wishes to acquire is found on Orc Runners in Butcherblock. The other item will be found on Orc Oracles. The reward will vary in this quest from a minor item all the way up to a high level scroll.

In the Magician guild hail a Niola Impholder and she will ask to fetch some spell components (4 bat wings). You will receive the experience, a faction adjustment and a scroll.

In the wizards guild hail Tarker Blazetoss and he will ask you to bring him a black wolf pelt.

Reward - xp/faction/spell scroll Numbing Cold (Wizard lvl 1)

Red Sash - bring to Reyia

Blue Sash - Bring to Klom

Black Sash - Bring to Puab

This quest originates at the Paladins guild in Freeport. The Freeport guards are quite clearly corrupt and the Paladins would like to purge the corrupt element from the city. For every Freeport militiamen that you kill you will get a damaged helmet. If you return this helmet to one of the Paladin's in the guild you will receive 1 pp in compensation and a nice faction adjustment.

To start this quest, speak with Theron Rolius, who stands next the paladin guild master in the back raised section of the Hall of Truth.  He will tell you to find the Queynos courier and retrieve a message from him.  Make sure to buy two or three bottles of milk before you leave.  You must then travel to the West Commonlands, and find Mojax Hikspin, who will be sitting near a fisherman on the south side of the lake in the zone.   If he is not there, wait for a few minutes and he will arrive.  Say to him that you are from the Hall of Truth, and he will ask for a bottle of milk (yes, there was a reason you got them).  When you give him the milk, another NPC, Duggin Scumber, a level 2-4 monk, will charge up, steal the note from Mojax, and start attacking him.   Kill Duggin Scumber.  It is important that you be the one to kill him, and not Mojax, because Duggin's body has the note, and will disappear if he is killed by Mojax.   When you kill Duggin, take the note from his body, and return to the Temple of Marr in Freeport.  Deliver the note to Eestyana Neastra, on the top floor of the temple, and she will reward you with a little EXP, a good faction adjustment, and a wrist pouch.

This quest originates in the Freeport Militia House. Upstairs on the balcony you will find Captain Hazran. He will inform you that it is your duty as a citizen to seek out and destroy clan deathfist(an orc clan). Return their deathfist slashed belts to Hazran and you will be rewarded with a money compensation as well as a faction adjustment.
Speak with Celsar Vestagon on the third floor of the Temple of Marr in Freeport.  Ask him about the Marr Minnow, and then about exterminating the pirahna.  He will give you a sack, and ask you to put 4 fresh pirahna in it (not stacked, but 4 individual piranha). You may get  0-2 fresh piranha in loot when you kill a piranha. The piranha may be found in the lake by the Hall of Truth, just left of the bridge before you cross.  There will be one or two just in the water.  You will have to wait for them to respawn to get 4 piranha, but it is worth it.  When you have 4 individual piranha in the sack, hit combine and it will give you the Full sack item. Give the Full sack back to Celsar, and he will give you a potion of Disease Warding.   This may not seem like much at first, but it sells for about 8 gold, which is a load of change for a level 2 character
This quest takes place in Freeport. You start out going to the rogue guild under the hidden shop (near docks) located  in East Freeport and talk to Nestral TGaza (she is the Dark Elf Rogue next to the entrance to the hidden rogues guild). she asks u to bring a note to Rebby (a halfing rogue) next to the Theater of the Tranquil and Ashen Order in WEst Freeport. Give him the note and you get exp plus some of his whiskers. He will tell you to return to the rogues guild and give the whiskers to Nestrak TGaza and u get EXP and a little bit money and a faction adjustment.

Grobb

Class Task(s)
Shadow Knights This quest is in grobb and is for shadow knights. You go up to the guild master(hulkulk I believe is his name) and hail him and he says some words you need  to repeat. He asks that you get him 4 bone chips. WHen you bring them back and give them too him (don't stack em) he will give you some xp and also a two handed sword!!!! You can also keep giving him the 4 bone chips for more swords which are worth 2 gold 3 silver a piece. Compared to the 4 silver you would get for the chips.
This quest originates with the Troll warrior guildmaster Ranjor. If you hail him and then tell him you are willing ta test yourself then he will tell you what he needs. It requires two pieces of froglock flesh(skin) and a piece of froglock meat. He will reward you with experience and after your faction rises enough he will give you a rusty two handed axe.
This quest takes place in Grobb. If you hail the Shaman Guildmaster and repeat some words she says (Wish to learn Majik) she tells you to get her 2 tadpole flesh and 2 bone chips. When you give her these items, she will give you the L1 spell Burst of Flame. You can do this quest as much times as you want, but selling the seperate ingredients is more profitable then selling the spell scroll.

Halas

Class Task(s)
The following quest takes place at the warriors guild in Halas. Talk to an NPC named Dargon, who is at the enterance of the warriors guild. He will ask you if you are a warrior tell him that you are and he'll want you to give an elixer to a few people in Everfrost.  You'll give the elixer to an NPC right at the enterance to Everfrost and he'll give you directions to another NPC, which will give you another set of directions to another NPC.  This will continue untill you give a drink to a Megan O'Reilly. She'll then tell you to give the empty bottle back to Dargon.  He'll award you with a Rusty Butler (AC 1), some cash, and a faction adjustment.

Go to Jinkus Shamus near Marilyn McCann. Once you go through his conversation, he will tell you to bring back a globin caster necklace. There is one spot globin casters spawn in everfrost. Go to the entrance of the tundra part of everfrost, near the 3 guards and snowflake. Go right along the mountain side, good little ways, til you come to a place where there are 2 igloos. Goblin scouts and casters spawn here so you'll need to be level 5+ or in a party. Kill a few casters and take the necklace back to Jinkus. He gives you exp/little cash/faction.

Go to Marilyn McCann in Halas. She is the one you give your guild note too for the shaman class. Once you talk to her and go through conversation. If you tell her you are a young shaman, she will tell you to go kill Granin O'Gill. He walks around in the tundra part of everfrost (near the orc shamans). He has low hps but can punch for 20 so becareful if you are low level. Take his head back to Marilyn and she gives you exp/little cash/faction.

This quest takes place in Halas. Talk to Lysbith McNaffin the warriors guild she gives you a pouch to fill with ice goblin necklaces (6). You canfind these necklaces off of ice goblins in Everfrost. You fill them, combine them you giveher the pouch, she gives you a small reward and faction adjustment. Then she says anygnoll fangs you get, every 3 will be a bonus she gives you a little experience per questand adjustments probably... a couple of copper for the gnoll fangs she has occasionallythrown in miscellaneous items.
Karg Icebear is an NPC who spawns in Everfrost. Karg can make you both lupine armor and polar bear armor if you have the right components and the right cash compensation. He can also be killed by high level parties and carries some mighty nice toys.

Kaladim

Class Task(s)
This Kaladim based quest is similar to the Freeport Belt Quest. You must visit Canloe Nusback in the warriors guild. Bring him any belts or shoulderpads that you find off any of the Crushbone orcs. You will be rewarded with a compensation and faction adjustment. I have no idea what the long term reward is on this quest as I haven't finished it. If anyone does know please drop me a mail.

In Kaladim, hail the warrior guild trainer, and tell him you are a WARRIOR OF THE STORMGUARD. He will inform you of a guard Bundin that has deserted. Your charge is to find, and kill the deserter, and return his head and axe to the warrior guild trainer. The guard will appear as Blyle Bundin, and can be found roaming the valley on the left just before you reach the gate to the docks. He wanders between the two guard stations, and its important to take him somewhere in between, as I've been told the guards will attack you if they see you fighting him. Obviously I didnt test this out but its no big deal to follow him into the valley. Blyle seems to be around lvl 12. I took him once at 9th lvl with a druid along to heal me, and solo'd him at 12th lvl with no difficulties at all. He hits for around 16-20 and fairly quick, and being a former Stormguard dwarf his AC will make it hard to hit him. My reward was slight xp, faction gain, a few coppers and a torch.

This is for the Scarab Helm and the Scarab Breastplate.  To get the Helm talk to Vacto at the entrance to Stormguard Hall.  Hail him and ask him about his "Rare
Talent"  Then ask him about the Scarab helms or breastplate. The helm requires you to get the 2 carapaces from workers scarabs found in Butcher block and return them to him with 5 gold. He will then give you a helm.  The Breast plate is a bit harder becuase you must give him a "Pristine carapace" which can be found on death beetles at Unrest along with 33 gold.

It should be noted that scarab shell armor only fits small races.

Kelethin

Class Task(s)
Bard Only Talk to Sylia in the SongWeaver's Guild. She will ask you to return 4 pieces of spiderling silk to her. Once you give her 4 spiderling silks she will give you 1 gold piece, a drum and a faction and experience bonus. This quest is only completable by bards.

The Drunkard in Kelethin is actually a goodly man by the name of Tandan Nybrite, if you hail him by his real name he gives a quest. You are to find the Nybrite Bandit Sisters (Lesser Faydark) and hunt them, returning to him their unique necklaces. I have hunted the sisters many times and they give excellent loot (bronze weapons and gems), but the only necklaces given are Pearl Necklaces.
The rest was submitted by Christopher (Chriscu of Xegony) Manescu.
"I have completed this quest, or at least up until I met the Drunkard. I hailed him, he said something to the affect that he wanted coin. I then gave him all four of the "Nybright" necklaces and he gave me a rusty halberd. I have been told that this quest goes even further in that you are supposed to go onto the Paladin's guild in Felwythe. This is where I ran into the end. When I gave the halberd to the Paladin nothing happened. So, it is still a mystery to me."

The wood-eld druid trainer will give you a quest when you hail him (i am a druid, not sure he will grant all a quest) Bring him a : rusty broad, long, short and bastard sword and he will give you : some xp, 3 gold and a 2hand blunt worn great staff. Do this quest a few more times and you will receive a tarnished scimitar.

It's a great newbie quest since you get the swords of decaying skeletons and you want a great staff to train.

The following quest takes place in Greater Faydark in the ranger guild. Certain orc pawns carry orc hatchlets. Return these hatchlets to Dill Fireshot at the ranger's guild in the wood elf city and you will be rewarded with a faction adjustment, a small amount of coin and perhaps an item.

Go to the ranger guild in Kelethin talk to Ran (one of the trainers). Hail her ask about the pixie tricksters, then tell her you will exterminate the pixies. She will give you a bag, that you can fill with pixie dust found in lesser faydark near the brownie village. Return the bag full and combined and you receive experience a small amount of money (few coppers) and a common item (Rusty Dagger, Copper Ring....etc.).

Inside the Emerald Warriors Guild talk to Regren. He will ask you to bring him 4 items to prove your worth. He want a spiderling eye, ruined wolf pelt, bone chips, and bat fur.

Reward - xp/faction/1 gold/tarnished long sword

While this quest is a complet waste of time I thought I'd let everyone know and spare them some time.  Talk to Trueshot and he will give you a pack to collect 4 items, some treant wood from FP, some dwarven wire from Kaladim, some spiderling silk, and a microservo from Steamfont.

To get the treat wood you talk to Jyle Windshot and he will ask for a small lantern first.
To get the spiderling silk just kill a spiderling.
To get the microservo kill some clockwork spiders in Steamfont.
To get the dwarven wire you have to find Tantor Everhott, but he won't speak to you unless you are a dwarf so you have to get a dwarf to talk to him.  But he wants a Tumpy tonic for the bow, so you go to the bartender in Kaladim called tumpy irontoe and he also won't talk to you unless you are a dwarf so you need to use your dwarf for him too.   You have to say to him I want a tumpy tonic and he will tell you that he can make that drink if you bring him the ingrediants which are kiola nuts found on the sister island in the OOT and one water flask.  Make sure you buy 2 of the nuts though because you have to give Everhott 2 of the tonics for the dwarven wire.  So give Tumpy the nuts and water one at a time to get the tonic, then give 2 of the tonics (make sure they are seperated though) and he will give you the dwarven wire.
Put these 4 items in the bag and combine them and you get a combined pack. Give this back to Trueshot and what do you get for all your trouble?  Some small exp, small amount of money, some faction adjustment, and a lousy random item worth about 1 gp or 2 at the most.  All in all this quest is a total waste of time.

Inside the Scouts of Tunare talk to the guildmaster (I don't remember his name). He will ask you to bring him 2 rusty daggers and 2 gold.

Reward - xp/faction/5 silver/tarnished dagger

Bring a ruined wolf pelt, a bat wing, bone chips, and a spiderling eye to the Warrior Guildmaster in Kelethin and you will get a faction adjustment, exp, and some coin or an item.

Misty Thicket

Class Task(s)
Joogl Honeybugger in SE Misty Thicket says his hand is [hurt] if you hail him.  If you ask him about hurt, he asks you to get him a bandage. If you do you get faction, and he gives info on how to get Honeycombs from the bixies.

Neriak

Class Task(s)

In the Necro guild on the top most floor is a man, hail him and ask about menial tasks.   You can then ask about the fire beetle eyes and courier duties.  the fire beetle eye quest is simple... collect 10 eyes in a large box and hit combine.  You get for sure xp/some copper/and an item.  I got two or three spells like locate corpse and disease cloud, along with malachite, a wrist pouch, and two small lanterns.   This quest is repeatable as long as you get the box each time..

Hekzin G'Zule in the Hall of the Ebon Mask wants you to fill a box with three snake fangs and three snake scales. Once you have filled the box, hit the combine button and return the box. (make sure you don't stack scales and fangs) You will be rewarded with small cash/exp/faction adjustment.

Proceed to the rogues guild and out onto the docks via the false wall in the house or the false wall in the bay. Wait on the rocks till nightfall and bait mastersen is gone. Give the note to your contact when she appears and she will inform you that the take was lost overboard and her comrad has become fishfood. You need to dive down and kill the shark below the water in front of her. You need to kill the shark fast or he'll swim off and dump the chest god knows where. Return the chest to your guild master and receive some experiance, a faction raise and some copper or silver.

Ogguk

Class Task(s)
This quest originates with the Ogre shadowknight guildmaster in Ogguk. If you hail him and then tell him you are a greenblood he will inform you of a quest. The quest requires you to return 4 pieces of lizard meat to him. Upon returning the meat you will be given a rusty two handed sword.
If you are a Craknek or wish to raise faction with Crakneks then you can give the tails to Horgus at the warriors guild. Ask him about supplies and he will tell you that the merchants in Qeynos are out and maybe the druids in Surefall Glade have them. You can buy the sheets in Surefall from one of the vendors in the druid guild in Surefall Glade. I think its an even trade when you go and give the blank scroll sheets to Kazlo (costs about 1 silver at the druid guild and Kazlo gives you 10 copper for it). You get experience and a faction adjustment.

Anehan and Behero then go to one little gate leading to the docks, Either Behero or Anehan are there depending on the time of day.
You get experience for giving them the report request and then you get even more XP (and a little cash) when you give the report to the bard in front of the guild.

Qeynos Hills

Class Task(s)
It can be gotten by killing gnoll hunters until you have the "Top of Broken Staff" and the "Bottom of Broken Staff". Both items are very rare so just keep trying. You then turn both into a ranger in Surefall Glade. Hail the rangers there to discover who to give the pieces to. If you get the specefic rangers name email.
Baobob Miller is an NPC who frequents Qeynos Hills near the zone to Surefall Glade. He can often be found near the campfire. Baobob can make you wolf hide armor if you provide him with a wolf pelt and a cash compensation. Ask him about his wolf armor and he will fill you in on details regarding the quality and cash requirements for each piece.
Chanda Miller is an NPC who frequents Qeynos Hills near the zone to Surefall Glade. She can often be found near the campfire. Chanda can make you bear hide armor if you provide her with a bear pelt and a cash compensation. She will not talk to you unless you tell her that her brother(Baobob) sent you. Ask her about her bear hide armor and she will fill you in on details regarding the quality and cash requirements for each piece.
This is the quest involving Gnasher Furgutt (level 8 or 9 gnoll in Qeynos Hills). Kill him, take his head and the note on the corpse to surefall glade, and give to the ranger behind the guild (standing by himself, his name is Larsk Juton) give him the head. He will give you faction/experience/cash. Then when you give him the note he gives it back to you and tells you to go see Captain Tillin in S. Qeynos (same guy you give gnoll fangs to). Give Capt Tillin the note and he gives you cash and an Amulet of +5 charisma, then he calls the executioner to go kill the guy that was dealing with the gnolls. You can follow her and watch the execution if you want but its not necessary.

Rivervale

Class Task(s)

In Misty Thicket, if you talk to Blixxin Entopop (he wanders around with a little klicknic trailing him named Ember), he will tell you about his bug collection.  If you ask him about it, he gives you the opportunity to make one yourself, and gives you a Bug Collection Box.  If you ask him, he will give you the list of things that go in the bug collection.

These things are: Fire Beetle Eye, Spiderling Eye, Spiderling Leg, Giant Fire Beetle Leg, Giant Wasp Wing, Giant Scarab Egg Sac.  If you get all 6 things in the Bug Collection Box and hit combine, you get the complete Bug Collection.  Give your Bug Collection to Blixxin Entopop for your reward.

Nillipuss is an irritating little guy who roams around the city of Rivervale. His level ranges in the high teens so he will be a worthy adversary. However when you kill him he will often drop an item. One of these items is a jumjum stalk. He has stolen these items from vendors in Rivervale. You can return this to the vendor and receive a faction adjustment.
This quest originates in Rivervale at the pier near the lake. Near the pier or right inside of the shop you will find Fiddy Bobbick. Tell him that Wickystick sent you. He will inform you that the lake is infested with Pirahna. For every pirahna you kill you will receive a pirahna tooth. You can return this tooth to him for a cash compensation as well as a faction adjustment.
This quest originates from Reebo Leafsway in Rivervale. Shakey the Scarecrow has two problems, first he needs some stuffing and second he needs a new head. The head part I can't help you with(other than to point you to Erudin) the stuffing can be found off the Scarecrows in West Karana.
The squad ring quest originates in Rivervale. Visit the castle like building in town. Walk up to Marshal Ghobber and tell him that you are new to his squad. He will send you to report to Budo in Misty Thicket. Budo can be found in the tower on the left of the entrance to the wall. Budo will inform you that you can return deathfist slashed belts to him(for a nice faction adjustment) and runneye(goblin) warbeads to Sheriff Roglio in town. After many(and I mean a bunch) of battles here you can return to Marshal Ghobber and ask him if you are part of the wall. If you have killed enough then he will reward you with a shiny new Squad Ring.

Surefall Glade

Class Task(s)
Return poacher heads to Gillarian Naelev in Surefall.  Dont know what the reward is.
In Surefall Glades, in the rangers guild, there is a guy standing next to the guy who is upset about his son being eaten by a bear. Hail him and he will say something about needing an errand run for him. He'll give you a claim receipt and tell you to take it to the wooden weapons maker in South Qeynos. When you deliver this claim receipt to the weapons maker he will give you a wooden totem carving of his daughter, or his deity or something, when you get this, take it back to him in Surefall Glades and he'll give you exp and some gold. You also get exp when you turn in the claim receipt. This is something for the newbie rangers to do to get a little cash and some exp.
